E-prescription
A doctor's e-prescription is visible at every Lithuanian pharmacy connected to the state system — no paper needed, and medicines can be bought at any pharmacy. Ordinary e-prescriptions are valid for 30 days from issue. View yours on esveikata.lt, where you can also reserve medicines at e-pharmacies and compare offers.
Who this applies to
Step by step
View the prescription
Log in to esveikata.lt (via the e-government gateway) — you'll see the medicine, dosage and expiry. Collect the first time within 30 days, or the prescription lapses.
Collect at the pharmacy
For yourself — show an ID document. For someone else — you need their authorisation or portal-appointed representative status: the representative confirms consent on esveikata.lt with an e-signature.
For convenience — order online
On esveikata.lt you can order the medicine from a chosen e-pharmacy and compare prices (the pharmacy confirms the final price). While the order status is “Gautas vaistinėje”, it can still be cancelled.
